Hello, I'm Josh, a photographer based in Boulder, Colorado. I chose to obtain a Bachelors Degree from the University of Colorado in Environmental Studies with a focus on Ecology. During my time in college, I realized what tremendous threats the natural world faces today. Biodiversity loss, habitat destruction, resource consumption and climate change are a few of the most pressing environmental issues of our time. During college, I also had the incredible opportunity to work at the Institute of Arctic and Alpine Research, which further solidified my passions. Shaped by my love of the outdoors, and my college degree, I realized that I want to devote my life to giving a voice to the land and all of its inhabitants.
By sharing beautiful moments that I have experienced, I hope to instill a sense of love and respect for the land in other people. I simply cannot imagine a world without biodiversity or natural landscapes, and I will do everything in my power to protect them. I am devoting my career and life to photographing moments that will lead to conservation. I can't think of anything more important. Thank you for taking the time to investigate my page and thank you for your support.
